Helping you discover who you are

Ed.S., Licensed Professional Counselor- Associate, NCC

As a clinician with experience working with adolescents, college students, and adults, I strive to help my clients feel heard and validated, without fear of judgment. My journey as a counselor began by studying psychology and counseling to understand my own thoughts and behaviors, knowledge which I now use to help others do the same. Using cognitive behavioral, emotionally-focused, and internal family systems therapies, I promise to meet you where you are for support.

I received my Education Specialist degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling from the University of South Carolina in 2022. Since then, I have become certified in Level One Gottman Method Couples Counseling, and have received my National Certified Counselor designation from the NBCC. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, practicing under my supervisor, Dr. Andrea Fleming.

I enjoy spending my free time with my partner and our cats, Eddie and Frankie. My favorite way to end my day and practice mindfulness after work is by cooking. No two counselors are the same and finding the right fit for you can be daunting. Let's see if we would be a good match!
