Journeying Through Grief

Sacred Stillness
Yin Yoga Workshop
June 8, 2024
9:30am - 1:30pm
Join Malai Roper on a journey of reclamation using the healing practices of Yin Yoga. This workshop welcomes Women of Color to find sacred stillness and reclaim their true selves.
Cost: $125

Join Emily Boening and Katie Stobaugh this Pride Month for a brief group exploring self-discovery! In this space, you'll find connections with others who share similar experiences and identities. This group offers discussions, tools for growth, and a chance to celebrate your unique journey.

Special Support
A group designed for parents of children on the spectrum. This group offered the opportunity to connect with other parents for support, exposure to valuable information and resources, as well as a safe. space to share experiences and glean from others.
Parents Just Don’t Understand
Led by Justina Smalls, this processing group intended to discuss challenges that are faced by most teenagers. Throughout the group, each participant sought to learn how to handle stressors by learning and implementing healthy skills. Those skills include, but are not limited to; effective communication, effective coping strategies, and identifying support systems.
DBT Skill Group
A group offered to help individuals gain necessary skills in 4 key areas to effect change in their daily lives.
