Everyday Wellness helps you address your WHOLE SELF; mind, body, and spirit.

Our Practice Structure:

Supporting Excellence in Counseling

At Everyday Wellness, we pride ourselves on a collaborative, dynamic, and supportive structure. Our team consists of two main groups: Independent Contractors and Graduate-Level Counselors.

Independent Contractors
Our Independent Contractors are experienced professionals who run their own businesses while contracting with Everyday Wellness. Through this partnership, we provide them with administrative, logistical, and marketing support so they can focus on delivering exceptional care to our clients. This unique structure allows them to retain the autonomy of their practice while benefiting from the resources and community of Everyday Wellness.

Graduate-Level Counselors
As a teaching practice, we are dedicated to nurturing the next generation of mental health professionals. Our Graduate-Level Counselors are individuals in the final stages of their education, completing nearly a year of clinical supervision and oversight to meet graduation and licensure requirements. Under the guidance of seasoned clinicians, they gain valuable hands-on experience while delivering high-quality care to our clients.

Insurance and Payment Options
Due to our 1099/contractor structure, each Independent Contractor manages their own policies regarding insurance, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and sliding fee scales. Clients will need to verify these details with our administrative support team to understand the specific options available to them.

Together, our Independent Contractors and Graduate-Level Counselors partner to provide relevant, evidence-based treatment to meet the diverse needs of our community. We are committed to advancing the counseling profession and ensuring that all who seek our services receive compassionate, effective care.

Transforming mental healthcare

We are a group of providers that believe in the power of the mind-body connection.  We value community and strive to normalize care for your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual state as self care practices.

A modern approach

It’s essential for us that our clients get personalized suggestions on who from our team is the best match. Rather than do things the typical way, we’ve created a system designed around our patients’ needs.

Yes, we take insurance!

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item.

You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 803-888-6714.
