Journey Through Grief
In-Person and Virtual Workshop

Join Justina Smalls for a processing group focused on navigating the depths of grief, finding strength in shared experiences, and the collective embrace of understanding.
Cost: $35/session

Middle School Support Group
In-Person Group Meeting
Every 2nd & 4th Monday of the Month.
5:00pm - 6:15pm
Need help navigating middle school? This group provides a supportive, safe place to grow emotionally and build confidence to tackle school and social life which is specifically designed to guide you through the exciting yet sometimes challenging journey of middle school. Special Support
A group designed for parents of children on the spectrum. This group offered the opportunity to connect with other parents for support, exposure to valuable information and resources, as well as a safe. space to share experiences and glean from others.
Parents Just Don’t Understand
Led by Justina Smalls, this processing group intended to discuss challenges that are faced by most teenagers. Throughout the group, each participant sought to learn how to handle stressors by learning and implementing healthy skills. Those skills include, but are not limited to; effective communication, effective coping strategies, and identifying support systems.
Energy Balancing Workshop
A reiki workshop offered by Malai Roper to teach practices for balancing one’s energy. This workshop included learning practical techniques to detect and release energy blocks, using practices like mantras, mudras, and meditation in your daily routine for a more balanced life.
Goal Setting Workshop
A workshop offered by Nathan Young, Life Coach to help individuals set goals in alignment with achieving their dreams.
Sacred Stillness
An intensive yoga workshop offered by Malai Roper for Women of Color to take a journey toward a reclamation of themselves.
