I want to help you feel safe.
Licensed Professional Counselor - Associate
It is a great privilege to walk alongside individuals and families on their journey toward healing. It is my counseling philosophy that the most incredible progress can occur when we work together toward a common goal utilizing a holistic approach. I use a bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach. That means that as a counselor, I like to address all aspects of what makes you who you are. Starting counseling or restarting counseling can be a nerve-wracking and intimidating process. First and foremost, I want to help you feel safe. That is when we can do the best work together, collaboratively. I look forward to hearing your story!
I work primarily with children, adolescents, families, and college students. I have experience working with clients who have trauma histories, anxiety, depression, life-transition struggles, and an array of relationship-related issues.
When not meeting with clients, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and son. I pride myself on being a lifelong learner, so you can find me studying quite often. I also enjoy reading good thriller books with intriguing twists and watching documentaries on anything true-crime, cult-ish, or bizarre.
