Hello! My name is Julia Ressa, and I have been dedicated to psychology and mental health counseling ever since I can remember. My goal is to help you develop coping strategies, enhance self-awareness, implement mindfulness interventions, cultivate resilience, and other topics that we might explore throughout our time together! Drawing from evidence-based techniques, such as person-centered therapy, I will help to tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs and goals. Together, we will work collaboratively to navigate the complexities of your inner world and create meaningful changes.
Some things I like to do for fun outside of my current education is to be in nature, which can be a really grounding experience for me when experiencing stressful days. Another way I like to unwind is by spending time with my cat, Moose, who can help me to unwind from a tough day in an instant.
