As a graduate-level counselor, it is my goal to provide you with a safe and non-judgmental environment in which you feel comfortable to be your true self and share your story. I hope to be able to support you as you grow and improve your wellness. Together, we can work to develop coping mechanisms that work for you and create a change. I believe that counseling can help individuals to learn how to manage stressors and gain understanding and acceptance of themselves.
I graduated undergraduate from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science before realizing that my true passion involved working in the mental health field instead. I have always been interested in learning about others and hearing their stories, and this change in the field has allowed me to do that while supporting others. I have an interest in working with adolescents, college students, and adults.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching movies, and reading. Recently, I have also been spending my time by playing with my new cat, Toby.
