Unexpected things can happen in life, and I believe in having someone there through the beginning, middle, or end of your healing journey. Support comes in different ways, whether having someone to listen to you, help identify the problem, or identify your goals. Everyone heals differently, and I approach therapy with open arms, open mind, and no judgement. My goal is to help create that open space to be vulnerable and safe to share thoughts, goals, emotions, and solutions.
Challenges can arise at any time in life. My therapeutic approach focuses on a not only CBT, but Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Holistic Therapy. I believe in clients finding their solutions to the problem looking at themselves as a “WHOLE” which includes their mental, physical, emotional, and outside influences. I work with others that are experiencing depression, finding their purpose and what they really want out of life, anxiety, and much more.
When I’m not working or studying, I enjoy spending time with my two kids. I love to travel and explore new places with my partner. I love reading supernatural books and going on long nature walks to ground myself. My favorite thing to do is to go in the cabinet, sort through the different flavors of tea and choose the perfect one to get my day started with.
