Over the past decade, I have dedicated time helping professionals that feel stuck to set and achieve goals, break barriers, enhance their lives, and move forward as more satisfied and fulfilled individuals. As a Certified Professional Life Coach, I enjoy working with people to help them make focused and informed decisions about their future. This works best when there is a willingness to change along with the realization of a gap between where you are now, and where you want to be. I provide a safe space that allows you to discuss your life vision, values, and goals. I partner with you to create and follow a plan of action reflecting the best alignment.
I’m a proud veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom – Iraq and retiree with 25 years of military service. I enjoy spending time with family, doing yard work, reading, and bowling.
